Sunset & Blvd. Model Experience Package Agreement

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Participation Confirmation
You have been selected to participate as a model in the Sunset & Blvd fashion show as a Sunset & Blvd Model during New York Fashion Week scheduled for September 12, 2026. Participation includes involvement in the fashion show, media content, promotional activities, fittings, rehearsals, and related production activities associated with the event.
Call Time 12 PM --- Show Time 4:00 PM at the gorgeous Altman Building!
Located at 135 W 18th St, New York, New York 10011

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Participation Confirmation
You have been selected to participate as a model in the Sunset & Blvd fashion show as a Sunset & Blvd Model during New York Fashion Week scheduled for September 12, 2026. Participation includes involvement in the fashion show, media content, promotional activities, fittings, rehearsals, and related production activities associated with the event.

2. Participation Package and Payment Terms
To secure your confirmed placement in the show, a non refundable Sunset & Blvd Re-Turning Model Experience package fee in the amount of $500 is required.
The Sunset & Blvd Model Experience package provides access to the Sunset & Blvd New York Fashion Week model experience including runway participation, professional hair and makeup services, runway wardrobe, Sunset & Blvd photoshoot, signature Sunset & Blvd silk robe, Sunset Angels swag bag, VIP model dinner & meet and greet, Wild Child Magazine cover feature, published in the official Sunset & Blvd lookbook, editorial and media exposure, professional photography, and coordinated production services required for the fashion show.

3. Payment Schedule
Installment 1: $181.25 due on or before July 15th, 2026
Installment 2: $181.25 due on or before August 15th, 2026
Payments may be submitted via the approved payment methods provided by Wild Child Magazine.
Failure to complete the payment schedule may result in removal from the production lineup.
4. Payment Policy
All participation payments are non refundable. Payments secure your placement in the production and support operational costs associated with preparing the runway presentation for New York Fashion Week.
Model Experience fees are not contingent upon personal outcomes including but not limited to agency representation, model cancellations, media placement, or future modeling opportunities.
Participation in the Sunset Angels runway show requires reserving a limited model position within the production lineup. Upon acceptance and confirmation, your position in the show is reserved specifically for you and cannot be transferred to another participant.
Because model positions are limited and production preparations begin immediately after confirmation, all payments made toward the Sunset & Blvd Model Experience are non refundable.
Installment 1: $181.25 due on or before July 15th, 2026
Installment 2: $181.25 due on or before August 15th, 2026

5. Media Release and Usage Rights
By participating in the Sunset & Blvd Model runway show, you grant Wild Child Magazine, Sunset & Blvd, and its production partners the unrestricted right to photograph, film, record, and capture your likeness during the event and related activities.
You grant permission for these materials to be used for editorial, promotional, marketing, social media, press, and publication purposes worldwide without additional compensation.
This includes but is not limited to use in Wild Child Magazine publications, digital media, promotional campaigns, runway coverage, and third party media distribution.
6. Event Participation
Models agree to follow all production guidelines including fittings, rehearsals, call times, and show day instructions.
Failure to comply with production schedules, professional conduct expectations, or event guidelines may result in removal from the show without refund.
7. Production Changes
Wild Child Magazine reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event scheduling, production elements, or presentation details as required by New York Fashion Week logistics, venue requirements, or production needs.
Parent or Legal Guardian Acknowledgment
If the participating model is under the age of 18, this agreement must be reviewed and accepted by a parent or legal guardian.
By signing below, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they authorize the minor’s participation in the Sunset & Blvd runway show during New York Fashion Week and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
The parent or legal guardian acknowledges responsibility for all payments associated with the Sunset & Blvd Model Experience Fee and agrees to the payment schedule outlined in this agreement.
The parent or legal guardian also grants permission for the minor to be photographed, filmed, and featured in media, promotional materials, editorial content, and related publications associated with the Sunset & Blvd fashion show.
8. Payment Authorization and Checkout Process
After this agreement is signed and submitted, participants will receive a private payment link to begin the Sunset & Blvd Model Experience Fee installment schedule.
The first installment must be completed by the stated due date to secure the participant’s reserved placement in the Sunset & Blvd New York Fashion Week runway show.
By participating in the Sunset & Blvd Model runway show, you grant Wild Child Magazine, Sunset & Blvd, and its production partners the unrestricted right to photograph, film, record, and capture your likeness during the event and related activities.
