We need Goth/Punk Teens for a video shoot for Microsoft x NBA App.
We’re looking for:
PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: Microsoft X NBA

UNION STATUS: Non-Union
SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR area
SHOOT DATES: Wed 10/9 (all day). Zoom callbacks on Thu 10/3 and a wardrobe fitting on Tue 10/8 (times TBD)
Please only apply if you can be fully available on the shoot date if hired. Partial conflicts on the callback and/or fitting dates are fine as long as you have some availability during business hours.
PAY IF HIRED: $1500 for 1 day of work (up to 10hrs)
Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as outlined in the usage terms below.
Additional pay of $50/hr if you are requested for a wardrobe fitting on a separate day from the shoot.
Additional pay of $1650 may be available if the client decides to extend the usage after the original terms (Not guaranteed.)
Mileage/lodging reimbursement available for talent who live more than 100 miles from Portland, OR.
Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates.
USAGE TERMS: One year from first use. (Approx. start: 11/10/2024), Archive in perpetuity. ASSETS: Approximately 1x :30, 1x :15, plus all lifts, revisions, edits and versions. MEDIA: Digital / Web / Social / New Media / Linear TV / OTT. Worldwide / North America.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must live in OR/WA and be legally eligible to work in the US. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

- SIDES - Winner (Goth/Punk/Emo/Alt Teen)
- WARDROBE/HAIR/MAKEUP: NO WIGS, no hats. No glasses (if possible). If you normally dress punk and/or goth, please do so for the video. If you don’t normally dress punk/goth, you can wear (minimal) black eyeliner and black clothing, but please don’t go nuts.
- SIDES - Person (sides are the same for Person 1 and Person 2)
- WARDROBE/HAIR/MAKEUP: Casual attire and/or NBA jersey. No hats. No glasses (if possible). Casual hairstyle, neat facial hair. Makeup should be light/natural, if any.
- (1) Headshot Color Photo, no filters. No hats/sunglasses. This does not have to be a professional headshot.
- (2) Videos. 1 Scene, 2 takes. Please see SIDES for instructions.
- Optional If your regular look is dress goth/punk/etc, please include 1-3 photos of recent outfits.
- SLATE: We do not need a slate for this project. Please do not slate (i.e say your name/agency/etc) at the beginning of your takes.
- PROPS: No miming, please use real objects if called for in the SIDES.
BACKDROP: Please choose a neutral background in a light color. It doesn’t have to be a professional backdrop (a wall is fine), but it should be free of clutter. Please avoid green + blue screens. Grey or white are best. - VIDEO EDITING: None. Record separate clips for each take. Do not add any text to the videos. Do not add a title card. Do not combine clips into a single video. Recording on your cell phone is great.
