While on duty working with Wild Child Media Group, you may have access to confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to unpublished articles, creative content, business strategies, marketing plans, internal communications, and any other sensitive materials related to the company’s operations.

Confidentiality – You will not disclose, share, or distribute any confidential information obtained during your internship, including unpublished work, business plans, or internal communications, without prior written consent from Wild Child Media Group.
Use of Information – Any confidential information accessed during your internship is to be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your intern responsibilities. You may not use, copy, or retain such information for personal gain or any other purpose outside of your assigned role.
Intellectual Property – Any content, ideas, or work created during your internship remains the exclusive property ofWild Child Media Group. You agree that you will not claim ownership or use such materials without authorization.
Duration – This agreement remains in effect during and after your time working with Wild Child Media Group . You are prohibited from sharing confidential company information even after your internship has ended.
Breach of Agreement – Any violation of this NDA may result in immediate termination of your position and potential legal action.
